RESERVE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

I hereby apply for Membership to Reserve Membership Club. If accepted, I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations set forth to me by Reserve Padel LLC.

– All sections must be completed in order for this application to be accepted

– 1 letter of recommendation (if not recommended by current member)

    Thank you for your interest in Membership with us.

    This application entitles applicant to Reserve Membership privileges after application is approved and accepted by Club Management.

    A. Applicant acknowledges that the initiation fee paid upon joining is nonrefundable.

    B. Memberships are non transferable and are granted on a yearly basis only. In the event of termination of Membership by Applicant or Membership Club, it is specifically understood and agreed that there will not be a refund of the initiation fee or the Membership dues as referred to herein.

    C. Applicant acknowledges that Padel Club at Reserve facility use may be restricted from time to time and according to season and that use charges may vary from time to time and according to season.

    D. Applicant acknowledges receipt of the Membership Agreement Terms, Rules and Regulations of Reserve Padel LLC
