BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Reserve, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our members and guests. To maintain the highest standards of service, our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

Non-Members: You may book up to 24 hours in advance. Please note that all bookings are final and non-refundable, and the full booking fee will be charged upon confirmation.

Members: Enjoy the flexibility of booking up to 7 days in advance, with an 12-hour cancellation window. Should you need to cancel within this window, you may do so without penalty. However, cancellations made after this window will incur the full booking fee.
